The invention provides a silvering tool for a communication ceramic device, which comprises a tool plate, a plurality of positioning table columns are arranged on the tool plate, each positioning table column comprises a plurality of positioning tables, each positioning table comprises a positioning plate and a boss, the positioning plate is fixed on the tool plate, the boss is fixed on the positioning plate, and the positioning table columns are arranged on the tool plate. The angle formed by the positioning table and the horizontal line of the tool plate ranges from 15 degrees to 60 degrees. The invention further provides a silvering method of the communication ceramic device, which comprises the following steps of: placing the communication ceramic device on the positioning table of the silvering tool, and carrying out uninterrupted primary silver spraying on the surface of the communication ceramic device along a preset direction; the communication ceramic device subjected to silver spraying is subjected to silver firing; the communication ceramic device subjected to silver firing is preprocessed; and the pretreated communication ceramic device is electroplated through electrolyte and coated with a silver layer conforming to product technical indexes. Therefore, the silvering process of the surface of the communication ceramic device can be greatly simplified, the silvering cost is reduced, and the consistency of the thickness of the silver layer is better.
