The backfilling construction technology comprises the following steps that a retaining wall is arranged in the air-raid shelter to block the air-raid shelter; the air-raid shelter is divided by the retaining wall to form at least two to-be-backfilled chambers which are mutually independent in the extending direction of the air-raid shelter; and in the extending direction of the air-raid shelter, concrete is poured into the at least two to-be-backfilled cavities in sequence, and concrete pouring of the next to-be-backfilled cavity is conducted after concrete in the upper to-be-backfilled cavity in every two adjacent to-be-backfilled cavities is solidified. The cavern is blocked in a sectional mode, the problem that leakage is difficult to form during concrete recharging is solved, and the requirement for the foundation bearing capacity is met by controlling the compactness of recharged concrete.
