The transverse and longitudinal drainage channels are provided with transverse and longitudinal arc-shaped drainage channels which are communicated with each other along the length directions of the transverse and longitudinal drainage channels; the transverse drainage channels are fixed to the surface of the slope through anchor rods. The construction method comprises the following steps that the slope surface is leveled; the transverse drainage channel is fixed to the slope surface through anchor rods; the longitudinal drainage channels and the transverse drainage channels are arranged in a staggered mode to form grid net-shaped drainage channels. A vegetation layer is laid on the slope surface, and water-resistant and flood-resistant plants are planted. The slope structure has the advantages of being stable in slope and good in drainage effect.
