Micro-disturbance anti-floating underground cylindrical structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a low-noise micro-disturbance underground cylindrical structure and a construction method thereof. The underground cylinder type structure comprises a top beam, a cylinder outer layer supporting structure defined by cement soil mixing piles in a meshed mode, a cylindrical lining wall tightly attached to the inner walls of the cement soil mixing piles and anchor rod anti-floating structures inserted into the cement soil mixing piles at equal intervals. The anchor rod anti-floating structures comprise H-shaped steel and anti-floating anchor rods. The construction method comprises the specific construction steps that firstly, a cement soil mixing pile is constructed on site, meanwhile, H-shaped steel and an anti-floating anchor rod are inserted before cement soil is initially set, a top beam is poured on the top of the pile, after top beam concrete reaches the age, a layer of earthwork is excavated, a lining wall is constructed, and after wall concrete reaches the age, the next layer of lining wall continues to be excavated and constructed till the bottom of a bottom plate is sealed; and the H-shaped steel is pulled out in the later period for grouting and blocking the gap, and prestress tensioning of the anti-floating anchor rod is completed. The construction technology is simple, disturbance to the surrounding environment is small, and the construction structure has the good anti-floating effect.
本发明提供一种低噪音微扰动地下圆筒式结构及其施工方法。所述地下圆筒式结构包括冠梁、由水泥土搅拌桩咬合围设而成的圆筒外层支护结构、紧贴水泥土搅拌桩内壁的圆筒状内衬墙和等距插入水泥土搅拌桩内的锚杆抗浮结构,所述锚杆抗浮结构包括H型钢与抗浮锚杆;其具体施工步骤是先现场施工水泥土搅拌桩,同时在水泥土初凝前插入H型钢与抗浮锚杆,并在桩顶浇筑冠梁,待冠梁混凝土到达龄期后开挖一层土方,并施工内衬墙,待墙混凝土到达龄期后继续开挖施工下一层内衬墙,直至底板封底;后期拔出H型钢注浆封堵空隙,并完成抗浮锚杆的预应力张拉。本发明施工工艺简单,对周边环境扰动较小,且施工结构具有较好的抗浮效果。
