A gear is connected with the gear face of an annular gear disc in a matched mode, so that a gear motor drives the gear to rotate, the annular gear disc is driven to rotate, the surface of a protruding block is smooth, the protruding block is smoothly connected with the annular gear disc, and the tail of a supporting column is smooth, and therefore the supporting column pushes a supporting block under fluctuation of the protruding block; when the round-tube-shaped scraper knife device passes through the scraper knife handle, the scraper knife handle is pushed to move, the scraper knife is pushed to do telescopic motion, then soil is automatically shoveled open, pits with the size equal to that of the round-tube-shaped scraper knife device can be seen in places where the round-tube-shaped scraper knife device passes through, and therefore water channels with the uniform width and depth are dug out while the efficiency is guaranteed.
