The invention discloses a beam-column connecting joint which comprises a first square steel tube concrete column and a second square steel tube concrete column which are in butt joint up and down. The connecting cylinder is arranged at the butt joint in a sleeving manner; the two H-shaped steel beams are arranged on the two opposite sides of the connecting cylinder correspondingly, first L-shaped connecting pieces are arranged between the upper flanges of the H-shaped steel beams and the connecting cylinder, second L-shaped connecting pieces are arranged between the lower flanges of the H-shaped steel beams and the connecting cylinder, detachable energy dissipation components are arranged on the flanges of the H-shaped steel beams, and anchoring plates are arranged on webs of the H-shaped steel beams; the first prestressed steel strand penetrates through the connecting cylinder and the first square steel tube concrete column, and the two ends of the first prestressed steel strand are anchored to the two anchoring plates located on the different sides of the connecting cylinder respectively; the second prestressed steel strand penetrates through the connecting cylinder and the second square steel tube concrete column, and the two ends of the second prestressed steel strand are anchored to the two anchoring plates located on the different sides of the connecting cylinder respectively. The beam-column connecting joint adopting the structure is good in stress performance and convenient for later decoration.
