Height-adjustable fabricated composite floor slab construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of a height-adjustable fabricated composite floor slab. The construction method comprises the steps of installation preparation, erection and assembly support of the composite floor slab, hoisting of the composite slab in place, installation of side face and hole forming position formworks, laying of electromechanical pipelines, binding of iron reinforcing steel bars on the composite slab and concrete pouring. The method has the beneficial effects that the prefabricated layer serves as a post-pouring layer formwork, formwork erecting is not needed, bamboo wood consumption is reduced, a special bench formwork of a prefabrication factory is adopted to replace a formwork needed by cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slabs, and therefore supports and formworks needed by cast-in-place of the floor slabs are omitted, and the purposes of effectively reducing wood consumption and reducing measure cost are achieved; the upper-layer and lower-layer steel bars form a small truss, the integrity is good, and the rigidity of the floor is improved; after concrete is poured to form the floor slab, the composite floor slab is high in overall rigidity and good in anti-seismic property; the size of the composite floor slab is not limited by modulus, and the composite floor slab can be freely segmented according to design requirements and is high in flexibility and applicability.
