The invention relates to a reinforced seepage and drainage water collecting pipe and a using method thereof.The reinforced seepage and drainage water collecting pipe comprises a transversely-arranged pipe body, the pipe body comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and vertical plates extending downwards from the two sides of the top plate, the lower ends of the vertical plates are fixedly connected with the upper end face of the bottom plate, and the vertical plates communicate with a plurality of water inlet pipes extending towards the outer side of the pipe body; the lower end face of the water inlet pipe is flush with the bottom face of the bottom plate, the section of an inner hole of the end, close to the pipe body, of the water inlet pipe is equal to or smaller than the section of an inner hole of the end, away from the pipe body, of the water inlet pipe, vertical supporting rib plates are fixedly connected between the upper end face of the water inlet pipe and the vertical plate, and the upper end faces of the multiple supporting rib plates form a supporting plane. The pipe body is transversely placed on the waterproof layer, the contact area of the pipe body and the waterproof layer is increased, water of the drainage plate flows into the pipe body through the water inlet pipe on the side face, the filter cloth is supported through the supporting plane formed by the upper end faces of the multiple supporting rib plates, and the waterproof layer and the filter cloth can be effectively protected; and integral injection molding is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种加强型渗排水收集管及其使用方法,包括横向设置的管体,所述管体包括顶板、底板以及自顶板两侧向下延伸的立板,所述立板的下端与底板上端面固接,所述立板上连通有多个向管体外侧延伸的进水管,所述进水管的下端面与底板的底面平齐,所述进水管靠近管体一端的内孔截面等于或小于远离管体一端的内孔截面,所述进水管的上端面与立板之间固接有竖向的支撑筋板,多个支撑筋板的上端面构成支撑平面,通过将管体横向放置在防水层上,增大管体与防水层的接触面积,排水板的水通过侧面的进水管流入管体内,通过多个支撑筋板上端面构成的支撑平面对过滤布进行支撑,本发明可以有效对防水层和过滤布起到保护作用,且便于一体注塑成型。
