A fabricated pool wet joint connecting device comprises prefabricated sections and prefabricated section steel bars and is characterized in that every two prefabricated section steel bars are connected in a staggered and overlapped mode, concrete filled steel tubes are inserted into overlapped holes, and each prefabricated section steel bar is connected with a water stop steel plate. The construction method of the device comprises the steps that the position of the prefabricated section is installed and fixed, the prefabricated section steel bars are overlapped in a staggered mode and embedded into the preformed holes of the corresponding water stop steel plates respectively, then the concrete filled steel tube is inserted into the overlapped holes of the prefabricated section steel bars, and the prefabricated section steel bars and the water stop steel plates are both in contact with the concrete filled steel tube; and then the prefabricated section steel bars and the water stop steel plates are welded to the steel pipe concrete, and finally concrete is poured to the wet joint section. The workload and the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the connecting quality of the steel bars can be guaranteed.
一种装配式水池湿接缝连接装置,包括预制段和预制段钢筋,其特征在于:所述预制段钢筋两两相互错位重合连接,且在重合孔内插入钢管混凝土,所述每个预制段钢筋分别连接止水钢板。该装置的施工方法是将预制段位置安装固定,将预制段钢筋相互错位重合并分别嵌入对应止水钢板的预留孔中,然后将钢管混凝土插入预制段钢筋的重合孔中,使预制段钢筋与止水钢板均与钢管混凝土接触,再将预制段钢筋、止水钢板分别与钢管混凝土焊接,最后在湿接缝段浇筑混凝土即可。本发明可降低工作量和施工难度,且可保证钢筋的连接质量。
