And a middle-phase lead is hung in the tower window (1) by using a V-shaped insulator chain (6). And a low cross arm (3) at a low position is arranged at the abrupt slope back side of the tower window (1), and the other side phase lead is hung on the low cross arm (3). Three-phase wires are obliquely arranged along the orientation of long and short legs of the tower body (5), and required insulation ground distances can be formed. And ground wire frames (4) are arranged above the high cross arm (2) and the low cross arm (3). The electric tower near the abrupt slope does not need to select a high-to-high tower body, so that tower materials are saved. The method is used for abrupt slope power transmission lines.
