The invention relates to the technical field of coal mine underground supporting facilities, in particular to a novel system capable of achieving safe water and air use in a coal mine underground, and particularly relates to a coal mine underground air and water supply comprehensive system which comprises a plurality of air supply assemblies and water supply assemblies which are detachably and fixedly installed at designated positions in the coal mine underground. The air supply assemblies are communicated with a main air pipe, a plurality of air return pipelines matched with the air supply assemblies are installed under a coal mine, the water supply assemblies are communicated with a main water pipe, and an air volume control mechanism is installed on each air supply assembly; and each air volume control mechanism is in signal connection with a control end on the ground. According to the system, effective control over the underground coal mine ventilation quantity and ventilation quality can be better achieved through remote control, meanwhile, remote control over underground water supply can be achieved, the underground management level can be improved, and the safety and reliability of underground production are improved.
