The method for reducing the moisture and chlorine ion content of the carbide slag slurry in the cement production process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) adding a sodium carbonate aqueous solution into the carbide slag slurry with high chlorine content, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and standing for 20-30 minutes; and (2) adding sodium stearate into the solution prepared in the step (1), stirring for 5-10 minutes, and standing for 20-30 minutes. And carrying out filter pressing on the solution prepared in the step 2 by using a filter press, and then drying at 105 DEG C for 3-4 hours. The method for reducing the moisture content and the chloride ion content of the carbide slag slurry in the cement production process is simple in production process, remarkable in effect, small in pollution, high in operability and suitable for large-scale production.
一种水泥生产工艺中降低电石渣浆水分与氯离子含量的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)将碳酸钠水溶液加入到高氯含量的电石渣浆中,搅拌5~10 min,并静置20~30 min。(2)步骤1所制得的溶液中加入硬脂酸钠,搅拌5~10 min,并静置20~30 min。步骤2所制得的溶液使用压滤机压滤,然后再于105℃烘干3~4h。本发明所述的一种水泥生产工艺中降低电石渣浆水分与氯离子含量的方法,其生产工艺简单,效果显著,污染小,可操作性强,适合规模化生产。
