Alumina granulation powder, preparation method thereof and ceramic part
The invention relates to aluminum oxide granulation powder and a preparation method thereof, and a ceramic part sintered by using the aluminum oxide granulation powder. The aluminum oxide granulation powder provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-100 parts of aluminum oxide powder of which the purity is greater than or equal to 99.9%, 0.4-1 part of a dispersing agent, 3-8 parts of a binder and 0.1-0.5 part of a foam inhibition and release agent. The preparation method of the aluminum oxide granulation powder comprises the following steps: a ball milling step: carrying out ball milling on raw materials to prepare slurry; and a spray granulation step: sieving the slurry to remove iron, performing spray granulation, and sieving to obtain aluminum oxide granulation powder. By adopting the alumina granulation powder, the mass percent of alumina in a fired ceramic part is greater than or equal to 99.8%, and impurity light spots cannot be formed in a laser adopting the ceramic part.
本发明涉及一种氧化铝造粒粉及其制备方法,及包括用该氧化铝造粒粉烧成的陶瓷部件。根据本发明的氧化铝造粒粉,包括以质量份计的:纯度≥99.9%的氧化铝粉50~100份、分散剂0.4~1份、粘结剂3~8份以及抑泡和脱模剂0.1~0.5份。根据本发明氧化铝造粒粉的制备方法,包括:球磨步骤:将原料球磨后制成浆料;喷雾造粒步骤:将浆料过筛除铁后,喷雾造粒,过筛得到氧化铝造粒粉。采用本发明的氧化铝造粒粉,烧成的陶瓷部件中氧化铝的质量百分比含量≥99.8%,采用该陶瓷部件的激光器中不会形成杂质光斑。
