Diamond-silicon carbide composite ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a diamond-silicon carbide composite ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of composite ceramics. The preparation method of the diamond-silicon carbide composite ceramic comprises the following steps: (1) carbonizing a biscuit mainly prepared from diamond micro powder, silicon powder, graphite powder, a carbonizable binder and a toughening material to obtain a porous material; the toughening material is selected from one or any combination of nano diamond, nano ceramic whiskers and nano linear carbon materials; and (2) carrying out siliconizing sintering on the porous material to obtain the porous material. According to the preparation method of the diamond-silicon carbide composite ceramic, the inorganic nonmetal nano material is used as the toughening agent, so that the density of the diamond-silicon carbide composite ceramic can be improved, and the fracture toughness of the diamond-silicon carbide composite ceramic can also be improved.
本发明涉及一种金刚石‑碳化硅复合陶瓷及其制备方法,属于复合陶瓷领域。本发明的金刚石‑碳化硅复合陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将主要由金刚石微粉、硅粉、石墨粉、可碳化粘结剂和增韧材料制成的素坯进行碳化处理,得到多孔材料;所述增韧材料选自纳米金刚石、纳米陶瓷晶须、纳米线状碳材中的一种或任意组合;(2)将多孔材料进行渗硅烧结,即得。本发明的金刚石‑碳化硅复合陶瓷的制备方法,以无机非金属纳米材料作为增韧剂,不仅可以提高金刚石‑碳化硅复合陶瓷的致密度,也可以提高金刚石‑碳化硅复合陶瓷的断裂韧性。
