The invention relates to the technical field of river sludge cleaning, and particularly discloses a movable river sludge dredging device and a using method thereof. A movable river sludge dredging device comprises a sludge pump and an under-pressure filtering device, and the sludge pump is communicated with a sludge pumping hose; the end, away from the mud pumping hose, of the mud pumping pump is connected with an inlet of the under-pressure filtering device, a filter screen is arranged in the under-pressure filtering device, an elastic piston is slidably connected to the upper portion of the filter screen, the piston is away from the filter screen and provided with a driving part used for pressurizing the piston to be away from and/or close to the filter screen, and a liquid discharging pipe is arranged at the lower end of the filter screen. And a sludge discharge pipe with a valve is arranged on the under-pressure filtering device. According to the river dredging device, the sludge in the river is pumped by the sludge pump, the concentration of the sludge is accelerated by the pressurizing piston, the moisture in the sludge is discharged by the liquid discharging pipe, and then the concentrated sludge is discharged out of the pressure filtering device through the sludge discharging pipe, so that the efficiency of river dredging work is greatly improved on the basis of keeping a relatively high sludge retention rate.
