The invention discloses a construction method for roof pipeline supports and buttresses based on the BIM technology. The construction method comprises the steps that a civil engineering three-dimensional model and an electromechanical three-dimensional model are established through BIM software according to a construction design drawing; determining a pipeline load according to the electromechanical three-dimensional model, then completing support model selection, and determining the form and size of a buttress; the selected buttress is integrated into the civil engineering three-dimensional model, and the selected support is integrated into the electromechanical three-dimensional model; a support is machined according to the support machining drawing corresponding to the integrated model, roof construction is conducted according to the buttress positioning drawing corresponding to the integrated model, reinforcing steel bars are reserved during reinforcing steel bar binding, reinforcing steel bar binding and formwork erecting are conducted at the buttress position after roof pouring is completed, and buttress pouring is completed; and the support is fixed to the buttress, and finally construction of the roof building surface layer is completed. According to the method, the supports and the buttresses are preset through the BIM, then the connecting points are reserved during construction, and construction of the buttresses and the supports can be completed before construction of the roof structure is completed.
本发明公开了一种基于BIM技术的屋面管线支架、支墩的施工方法,步骤:根据施工设计图利用BIM软件分别建立土建三维模型及机电三维模型;根据机电三维模型确定管线荷载后完成支架选型,确定支墩形式及尺寸;将选定的支墩整合进土建三维模型中,选定的支架整合进机电三维模型中;根据整合后模型对应的支架加工图加工支架,根据整合后模型对应的支墩定位图进行屋面施工,在进行钢筋绑扎时预留钢筋,在屋面浇筑完成后在支墩位置进行钢筋绑扎、支模完成支墩浇筑;将支架固定在支墩上,最终完成屋面建筑面层的施工。本发明的方法,通过BIM对支架、支墩进行预设置,而后在施工时预留连接点,即可在屋面结构的施工完成前完成支墩、支架施工。
