The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a casting residue grating plate, which comprises the following steps of: assembling a mold, and uniformly coating a layer of release agent on the inner surface of the mold after the mold is assembled; preparing the flow-state foam concrete from the disclosed raw materials; pouring the flow-state foam concrete into the mold; carrying out first maintenance for 2-6 days; cutting after the first maintenance is finished; after cutting is completed, secondary maintenance is conducted, and the maintenance time is 25-28 days; detecting and warehousing; firstly, foam concrete is adopted to produce the casting residue grating plate, and the density of the foam concrete is much smaller than that of common concrete, so that the weight of the casting residue grating plate is reduced, and the use amount of steel bars of the casting residue grating plate is greatly reduced; secondly, the integral casting is firstly carried out, and then the cutting is carried out according to the designed thickness, so that the manufacturing efficiency of the casting residue grating plate is favorably improved; and thirdly, auxiliary production tools such as a supporting plate are not needed in the manufacturing method, so that the manufacturing cost of the casting residue grating plate can be reduced.
