The invention discloses a water permeable brick formula and a preparation process thereof, the water permeable brick formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80% of aggregate, 15% of cement, 4% of water, 0.15% of water reducing agent, 0.75% of silica fume and 1% of thickening agent. The preparation process of the water permeable brick comprises the following steps: pretreating aggregate; the mixing process comprises the following steps: mixing the aggregate with the water, adding the thickening agent, the cement, the water reducing agent and the silica fume while stirring, and stirring for 2 minutes; a forming process: putting the mixed materials into a mold, and carrying out mechanical static pressing on a press machine under the static pressure of 25MPa for 1 minute; and curing: after molding, removing the mold, soaking in water and curing for 10 days. The water permeable brick is prepared by using the construction waste and the steel slag as aggregates, so that the recycling of waste resources is realized, the qualified water permeable brick is also prepared, and the water permeable brick is suitable for popularization.
本发明公开了一种透水砖配方及其制备工艺，包括骨料、水泥、水、减水剂、硅灰以及增稠剂，其含量占总配方料的重量百分比分别为：骨料为80％，水泥为15％，水为4％，减水剂为0.15％，硅灰为0.75％，增稠剂为1％。一种透水砖制备工艺，包括:骨料预处理；混合过程：取骨料混合水，然后边搅拌边加入增稠剂、水泥和减水剂以及硅灰，搅拌2min即可；成型过程：将混合后的物料放入模具中，在压力机上进行静压力为25MPa的机械静压1分钟即可；养护：成型后，拆除模具，泡水养护10天即可。本发明利用建筑垃圾和钢渣做为骨料制备透水砖，实现了废弃资源的循环再利用，还制备出了合格的透水砖，适合推广。
