The invention relates to the technical field of cement materials, and particularly discloses a high-compactness cement-based material applied to an airport pavement as well as a preparation method and application of the high-compactness cement-based material. The cement-based material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 92-97 parts of modified cement, 0.5-1.5 parts of a graded nano material, 0.01-0.1 part of a nano dispersant, 0.4-1.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of an early strength agent, 1-5.6 parts of over-burnt cement clinker particles and aggregate with the content 4-6 times that of the modified cement, wherein the modified cement is composed of 70-85 parts of Portland cement, 5-20 parts of sulphoaluminate cement and 5-12 parts of calcined paper mill sludge ash. According to the high-compactness cement-based material disclosed by the invention, excellent mechanical properties and durability of the cement-based material in the whole service cycle can be really realized, the service life of the cement-based material is greatly prolonged, and the high-compactness cement-based material has very good popularization and application values.
本发明涉及水泥材料技术领域,具体公开一种应用于机场道面的高致密性水泥基材料及其制备方法与应用。按重量份计,所述水泥基材料的原料包括:改性水泥92~97份、级配纳米材料0.5~1.5份、纳米分散剂0.01~0.1份、减水剂0.4~1.2份、早强剂0.2~0.5份、过烧水泥熟料颗粒1~5.6份,还包括改性水泥含量4~6倍的骨料;其中:所述改性水泥由70~85份硅酸盐水泥、5~20份硫铝酸盐水泥和5~12份煅烧造纸污泥灰组成。本发明的高致密性水泥基材料能够真正实现水泥基材料在其整个服役周期都保持优良的力学性能和耐久性,大幅度提升水泥基材料的使用寿命,具有很好的推广应用价值。
