The invention discloses a semi-permanent cable bridge deck protection device which comprises cable bridge decks, rubber layers, fixing angle steel and supporting steel plates, the cable bridge decks are installed on steel cables after being mutually spliced, the supporting steel plates are installed on the upper end faces of the cable bridge decks, and the rubber layers are laid on the upper end faces of the supporting steel plates. The two sides of the rubber layer are bent and then installed on the bridge deck of the cable bridge through fixing angle steel, the fixing angle steel is connected with the bridge deck of the cable bridge through locking bolts A, and the rubber layer is clamped between the fixing angle steel and the bridge deck of the cable bridge.
