Tunnel zero-cutting-slope hole entering method under broken surrounding rock condition
The invention relates to a zero-cutting-slope tunnel entering method for a tunnel under the condition of broken surrounding rock. Comprising the following steps: step 1, performing row pile construction of cast-in-place piles outside an excavation boundary in the tunnel line direction; 2, constructing a top beam system at the upper part of the row pile of the cast-in-place pile; 3, long pipe shed construction is conducted; 4, tunnel excavation and construction of a primary lining, a waterproof system and a secondary lining of the tunnel are conducted; and 5, tunnel inverted arch backfilling and other pavement structure construction are carried out. According to the method, boundaries are excavated in the tunnel line direction to construct cast-in-place piles; an integrated crown beam is constructed along the toe of the upward slope above the tunnel and the tops of the cast-in-place piles; the pipe shed holes are reserved along the top beam on the periphery of the tunnel, the long pipe shed is constructed, the long pipe shed, the cast-in-place pile and the top beam form a whole, the stability of an upward slope in the excavation process is ensured, the problem of difficult hole entering of tunnel engineering for a long time is innovatively solved, and zero-slope-cutting hole entering of the tunnel engineering is achieved.
本发明是一种破碎围岩条件下隧道零削坡进洞方法;包括步骤1、进行沿隧道线路方向开挖边界外的灌注桩排桩施工;步骤2、灌注桩排桩上部冠梁体系的施工;步骤3、进行长管棚施工;步骤4、进行隧道开挖及隧道初衬、防水体系和二衬施工;步骤5、进行隧道仰拱回填等其他路面构造施工。本方法采用沿隧道线路方向开挖边界两侧施工灌注桩;沿隧道上方仰坡坡脚和灌注桩顶部施工一体化冠梁;沿隧道周边冠梁预留管棚孔,施工长管棚,与灌注桩和冠梁形成整体,确保仰坡在开挖过程中的稳定,创新性地解决了长期困扰隧道工程“进洞难“的问题,实现隧道工程的零削坡进洞。
