The method comprises the steps that a plaster layer at the position, where a crack occurs, of a wall is shoveled off; a plurality of inclined holes are formed in the wall where the plaster layer is shoveled off through a drill bit; a plurality of cut reinforcing steel bars are inserted into the holes respectively; grouting materials are injected into gaps between the inserted steel bars and the holes; the ends, located outside the holes, of the steel bars are all welded to the steel wire mesh; and plastering construction is conducted on the outer surface of the steel wire mesh. The construction problem that cracks of a wall plaster layer repeatedly occur is solved, and it is ensured that the construction progress, quality, safety and smooth implementation are achieved.
