The temperature-controllable auxiliary wellhead warm-keeping automatic door comprises a shell, a two-way threaded rod is rotationally installed in the shell, a driving motor is fixed to one side of the shell, the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with one end of the two-way threaded rod, and two moving blocks are in threaded connection with the two-way threaded rod; supporting plates are fixed to the lower sides of the moving blocks, connecting plates are fixed to one sides of the supporting plates, heat preservation doors are fixed to the lower sides of the connecting plates, an air outlet cover and a heating element located on the rear side of the air outlet cover are further fixed in the shell, and an air outlet is formed in the back face of the shell. The shaft is blocked by the heat preservation door, meanwhile, airflow is heated through the heating element, and therefore heat compensation in the shaft is achieved, and freezing in the shaft is avoided; and by controlling the trend of airflow, the airflow enters the air pipe and then is sprayed out through the U-shaped spraying pipe and the high-pressure spraying head, and therefore the heat preservation door can be conveniently washed and cleaned.
本发明公开了一种温度可控的副井口保暖自动门,包括壳体,所述壳体内转动安装有双向螺纹杆,壳体的一侧固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端与双向螺纹杆的一端固定连接,所述双向螺纹杆上螺纹连接有两个移动块,移动块下侧均固定有支撑板,支撑板的一侧固定有连接板,所述连接板下侧均固定有保温门,所述壳体内还固定有出风罩以及位于出风罩后侧的加热元件,所述壳体背面设置有出风口。本发明通过使保温门将井筒挡住,同时通过加热元件对气流进行加热,从而实现对井筒内进行热补偿,避免井筒内结冰;通过控制气流的走向,使得气流进入风管内,再通过U型喷管以及高压喷头喷出,从而便于对保温门进行冲刷清理。
