The polymer waterproof cement paste is prepared by adding a certain amount of water, an acrylic polymer, a silane impregnant and a capillary crystalline waterproof coating in a cement mixing process and mixing. The preparation method of the polymer waterproof cement base cloth composite hard polyurethane insulation board is simple in production process operation, has the effects of fire prevention, flame retardance, water prevention, seepage prevention and protection of the surface layer of the polyurethane insulation board, remarkably prolongs the service life of the polyurethane insulation board, and has the advantages that the waterproof measures are compounded on the insulation board, so that the service life of the insulation board is prolonged. And partial construction procedures of the cold region tunnel thermal insulation layer are simplified.
