Method for repairing highly incomplete ceramic cultural relics
The invention discloses a method for repairing high-incomplete ceramic cultural relics. According to the method, the object can be restored and formed at a time by only needing a piece of resettable cultural relic defective piece with an opening edge, a complete radian and a bottom shape. The method comprises the following steps of: inversely arranging the cultural relic defective piece on a proper arc on the dial gauge of the turntable, stacking a proper amount of sand at the central point of the concentric circle of the dial gauge on the turntable, shaping the sand pile along the arc by using the cultural relic defective piece until a sand model of the overall outline in the ceramic cultural relic is presented, stopping the rotation of the turntable, and taking down the cultural relic defective piece. The sand model is further trimmed to be more regular; and then the cultural relic defective piece is placed on the corresponding position of the sand model again, vacancy filling material pouring is conducted on the remaining incomplete part, and finally repairing protection of the ceramic cultural relic defective piece is completed. The effects of one-time forming and accurate forming in the repairing process are achieved. The method is suitable for repairing and protecting the open high-incomplete ceramic cultural relics. And the defects of other repairing and forming methods can be effectively overcome.
本发明公开了一种高残缺陶瓷文物修复方法。本方法仅需一片具有口沿及完整弧度和底部形状的可复原的文物残件，就可以把器物一次复原成型。方法是将文物残件倒置于转盘刻度表上合适的圆弧上，取适量的沙子堆放于转盘上刻度表同心圆中心点，用文物残件沿着该圆弧对沙堆进行塑形，直至呈现该陶瓷文物内部整体轮廓的沙子模型，停止转盘转动并取下文物残件，进一步修整沙子模型，使其更规整；然后将文物残件重新摆放到该沙子模型相应的位置上，将剩余残缺的部分进行补缺材料浇筑，最终完成该陶瓷文物残件的修复保护。实现在修复过程中一次成型并且成型准确的效果。本发明适用于敞口类高残缺陶瓷文物的修复保护。可以有效解决其它修复成型方法的弊端。
