Application of modified PbO2 electrode in Ni-EDTA wastewater treatment
The invention discloses an application of a modified PbO2 electrode in Ni-EDTA wastewater treatment. Compared with the prior art, the modified PbO2 electrode has the advantages that the electrode strength is obviously improved by improving the electrode, a coating is prevented from being peeled off, and the application of a PbO2 anode in degrading metal complex wastewater is promoted; meanwhile, in the PbO2 electro-deposition process of the electrode, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is doped, the service life of the electrode can be prolonged, and the electro-catalytic activity of the electrode can be improved. When the ceramic PTFE-beta-PbO2 electrode is used as an anode, the degradation rate of Ni-EDTA can be increased to 94% or above, the nickel recovery rate of the cathode reaches 28% or above, and effective treatment of Ni-EDTA wastewater is achieved.
本发明公开了一种改性PbO2电极在Ni‑EDTA废水处理中的应用,相比现有技术,本发明的改性PbO2电极,通过对电极的改进,明显提高了电极强度,避免了涂层剥落,促进PbO2阳极在降解金属络合废水中的应用;同时该电极在电沉积PbO2过程中,掺杂聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),可以提高电极了的使用寿命与电催化活性。应用本发明的陶瓷PTFE‑β‑PbO2电极为阳极,可将Ni‑EDTA的降解率提高至94%以上,阴极回收镍达28%以上,实现了Ni‑EDTA废水的有效处理。
