Method for producing alpha gypsum by using citric acid gypsum dry method
The invention discloses a method for producing alpha gypsum by using citric acid gypsum through a dry method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing citric acid gypsum with free water content of 8 +/-1% into gypsum bricks with density of 1.5-1.8 g/cm < 3 > and size of 240mm * 53mm * 115mm; (2) the gypsum bricks in the step (1) are stacked according to the mode that the interval between every two faces is 5-10 mm, and 500-600 blocks are stacked per cubic meter, and then steam curing treatment is conducted; (3) after the steam curing treatment is completed, vacuumizing the steam curing equipment until the pressure in the equipment is reduced to-0.005 to-0.01 MPa, and maintaining the pressure for 5-10 minutes; and (4) drying the gypsum brick under a hot air forced circulation drying condition until the total water index reaches 6% +/-1% to obtain the alpha gypsum. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the energy consumption is reduced, the energy consumption in the production process is stable, and the strength of the prepared alpha gypsum is remarkably improved.
本发明公开一种利用柠檬酸石膏干法生产α石膏的方法,包括:(1)将游离水含量8±1%的柠檬酸石膏制成密度为1.5~1.8g/cm3、尺寸为240mm×53mm×115mm的石膏砖;(2)将步骤(1)的石膏砖按照各面之间间隔5~10mm、每立方米码放500~600块的方式码垛,然后进行蒸养处理;(3)蒸养处理完成后对蒸养设备进行抽真空,至设备内压力降至‑0.005至‑0.01MPa、保压5~10min;(4)将石膏砖在热风强制循环干燥条件下烘干至全水指标达到6%±1%,得α石膏。本发明的方法降低了能源消耗,而且其生产过程能耗稳定、制得的α石膏的强度得到了显著提高。
