Anti-crack and anti-seepage nickel sand aggregate premixed concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention provides anti-crack and anti-seepage nickel sand aggregate premixed concrete and a preparation process thereof. The premixed concrete comprises the following raw material components: 150-200 parts of cement; 50 to 90 parts of nickel sandstone powder; 250 to 350 parts of nickel sandstone fine sand; 500 to 1000 parts of nickel sand coarse sand; 40 to 60 parts of fly ash; 11 to 20 parts of reinforcing fiber; 50-70 parts of a water-absorbing elastomer; and 170 to 200 parts of water. The principle that the volume of the nickel sandstone is increased in the later hydration process is ingeniously utilized, the volume shrunk by the water absorption elastomer is compensated, and therefore when rainwater permeates into the concrete, the water absorption elastomer can absorb water permeating into gaps in the concrete to expand so as to fill the cracked or leaked concrete; and the anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete has high-efficiency anti-cracking and anti-seepage performance.
