The high-compressive-strength cement soil is prepared by taking physically-processed cement as an additive, matching the physically-processed cement with soil, uniformly mixing the physically-processed cement with the soil, adding water and stirring the mixture; when the total mass of the additive and the cement is 15% of the mass of the soil, the mass of the additive is 10% or 20% of the total mass of the additive and the cement; when the total mass of the additive and the cement is 20% of the mass of the soil, the mass of the additive is 10% or 20% of the total mass of the additive and the cement; the ratio of the mass of the water to the total mass of the additive and the cement is 0.5. By adding the physically processed cement clinker additive into the cement, the compressive strength of the cement soil can be improved by about 15-25%; particularly, the reinforcing effect is more remarkable in a peat (soil) environment, and the compressive strength of cement soil can be improved by about 15%-35%.
