本发明属于二次资源综合利用与材料合成技术领域,具体涉及到一种以晶体硅切割废料为助剂制备碳化硼陶瓷材料的方法。针对现有技术的不足,本发明根据晶体硅切割废料粒度细、本体纯度高的优点,提出了将晶体硅切割废料用于B4C陶瓷的制备。同时针对晶体硅切割废料存在的氧化膜及难均匀分散的问题,提出了酸洗除氧、分级保温、分级混料等解决方法。本发明实现了废弃资源的二次综合利用,变废为宝,经济价值高,工艺简单可行,经济性好,易于实现工业化生产,所得碳化硼陶瓷具有较高的致密度和良好的综合力学性能,硬度提升效果明显。
