Filler-free silicon PU slurry, preparation method thereof and construction method of silicon PU site
The invention relates to filler-free silicon PU (polyurethane) slurry, a preparation method and a construction method of a silicon PU field, and the silicon PU slurry does not contain powder filler and only contains polyether polyol, a plasticizer, isocyanate and an auxiliary agent. The preparation method of the silicon PU slurry comprises the following steps: (1) injecting the polyether polyol and the plasticizer into a mixing kettle, stirring and heating; (2) adding isocyanate to carry out mixed reaction; and (3) adding a flatting agent and a defoaming agent. The powder filler comprises silicon powder or kaolin, talcum powder or calcium carbonate, a catalyst and pigment. The construction method of the silicon PU site comprises the following steps: (1) stirring and mixing the filler-free silicon PU slurry and the powder filler in proportion; (2) pouring the mixture into a paver for paving; and curing to form the silicon PU field elastic layer. The silicon PU slurry does not contain powder filler and is added when a silicon PU field is laid, so that the production efficiency is improved by 50%, the energy consumption is reduced, the productivity is doubled, the labor is saved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明涉及无填料硅PU浆料及制备方法以及硅PU场地的施工方法，硅PU浆料不含粉体填料，只有聚醚多元醇、增塑剂、异氰酸酯和助剂。硅PU浆料的制备方法，包括(1)将聚醚多元醇、增塑剂注入混合釜中搅拌并加热；(2)将异氰酸酯加入进行混合反应；(3)加入流平剂和消泡剂。粉体填料包括硅粉或高岭土、滑石粉或碳酸钙、催化剂、颜料。硅PU场地的施工方法，包括：(1)将无填料硅PU浆料和粉体填料按照比例进行搅拌混合；(2)将混合料倒入摊铺机内进行摊铺；固化后形成硅PU场地弹性层。本发明硅PU浆料不含粉体填料，改到铺设硅PU场地时添加，其生产效率提高50％，能耗降低，产能翻倍，节约人工，并且减少环境污染。
