The invention discloses roadside movable type intelligent anti-icing and snow-removing equipment which comprises a control module, a movable spraying device installed on a roadside guardrail, a supply stop station fixed to the outer side of the roadside guardrail and a road surface sensing module used for detecting the road surface state. The base is arranged on the roadside guardrail in a sliding mode, the liquid storage tank is fixed to the base, the spraying unit is connected with the liquid storage tank, the driving mechanism drives the base to slide on the roadside guardrail, and the base is provided with a storage battery used for providing power for the movable spraying device. The supply stop station comprises a liquid storage tank, a power supply device, a liquid filling device connected with the liquid storage tank and a charging device connected with the power supply device. The spraying unit can move, large-area spraying can be achieved through one spraying unit, the coverage is wide, supply is convenient, deicing liquid can be effectively utilized through intelligent control, and waste is reduced.
