The invention discloses a construction method for an underground building composed of a sinking wall foundation, and relates to the technical field of underground building construction.The building located underground comprises the sinking wall foundation, groove piles, a top plate, a bottom plate, a connecting body and a construction device; the sinking wall foundation is an outer wall which is formed by combining an under-wall strip-shaped foundation, an underground diaphragm wall and a structural outer wall of a building and directly sinks in place without digging a foundation pit after construction is completed on the ground, the adjacent outer walls are connected through groove piles, and the adjacent groove piles and the outer walls are directly subjected to sinking wall construction on the ground after construction of the groove piles is completed firstly. The construction device comprises a wall construction device and a pile sinking device, the hanging device is used for hanging the outer wall, the bottom excavating device is used for excavating rock soil at the bottom of the outer wall, the excavated rock soil is unearthed through an unearthed groove, the outer wall sinks to a set position, the rock soil in the unearthed groove is cleaned, a connecting body is poured, and then follow-up construction is conducted till all construction of a building is completed.
