The invention discloses a rigid waterproof material with superstrong dynamic cracking resistance and a preparation method thereof, the rigid waterproof material comprises a liquid material component and a powder material component, the weight ratio of the liquid material component to the powder material component is 1: (2-4), the powder material component comprises cement, sand, an inorganic filler and a chemical additive, and the chemical additive comprises a water reducer, a water reducer and a water reducer. The liquid material component comprises a self-crosslinking water-based emulsion, an aliphatic cement dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a sterilizing agent and water. 本发明公开了一种具有超强动态抗开裂性的刚性防水材料及其制备方法,其包括液料组分和粉料组分,液料组分和粉料组分的重量比为1:(2~4),其中所述的粉料组分包括:水泥、砂子、无机填料和化学外加剂,所述的液料组分包括:自交联型水性乳液、脂肪族水泥分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂和水。本发明采用在液料组分中使用自交联型水性乳液配合脂肪族水泥分散剂的方式,脂肪族水泥分散剂本身的长直链结构上的碳氢双键与自交联苯丙乳液分子结构中的双键结构会在一定温度下会发生加成反应,反应后可以帮助克服原本抗裂性差的刚性防水材料的动态抗开裂性,同时也大大提高了单纯的自交联型水性乳液在刚性防水材料的抗裂性。
