The invention provides a cementing material for coal mine paste filling. The cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-75% of active slag; 5-20% of aluminum-containing cement clinker; 0-15% of fly ash; 5-18% of gypsum; 8-15% of lime; and 2-5% of a composite modifier. According to the present invention, needle-like ettringite is mainly generated in the early stage of the hydration reaction of the cementing material, and calcium silicate gel, calcium aluminate and other hydration products are mainly generated in the later stage of the hydration reaction of the cementing material, such that the coagulation time is reduced, and the early strength and the later strength are improved; the long-term strength is stably increased, different types of aggregates with different mud amounts can be normally coagulated, and higher strength is generated under the condition of small dosage.
本发明提供了一种煤矿膏体充填用胶结料,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:活性矿渣40~75%;含铝水泥熟料5~20%;粉煤灰0~15%;石膏5~18%;石灰8~15%;复合改性剂2~5%。在本发明中,所述胶结料的水化反应早期主要产生针状钙矾石,后期主要生成硅酸钙凝胶、铝酸钙等水化产物,从而既减少了凝结时间,还提高了早期强度和后期强度,本发明提供的胶结料水化速度很快,具有很好的早期强度,后期强度稳步增长,可以正常凝结不同泥量不同种类的骨料,在很少用量下产生较高强度。
