The invention relates to a movable point rail frog drilling device which comprises a supporting platform, corner device supporting iron, connecting iron, wing rail supporting iron, point rail supporting iron and a buckle plate. One end of the supporting platform is matched with a telescopic adjusting structure; the corner device supporting iron is slidably arranged on the upper portion of one end of the supporting platform in a matched mode. The connecting iron is mounted at the top end of the corner device supporting iron; the wing rail supporting iron and the point rail supporting iron are installed at the two horizontal ends of the connecting iron in a matched mode respectively. The point rail supporting iron, the wing rail supporting iron and the corner device supporting iron are connected into a whole through the connecting iron. The buckle plate is installed on one end of the supporting platform in a matched mode. The drilling device is simple and reasonable in structural design, drilling operation can be conducted in a narrow space, overall stable drilling can be guaranteed, and the drilling precision is effectively guaranteed.
