The invention provides an inclined plane connection type under-table wash basin and a manufacturing method thereof. The inclined plane connection type under-table wash basin comprises a ceramic basin body and a stone panel, the outer periphery of a basin opening of the ceramic basin body is manufactured into an inclined plane, a supporting seat is arranged on the upper periphery of the outer side of the ceramic basin body, and the longitudinal section of the supporting seat is roughly an L-shaped convex ring; the inner side face of the mounting groove of the stone panel is cut into a diagonal plane, the diagonal plane and the inclined plane are bonded and fixed through an adhesive, and the joint is filled and leveled up through a joint mixture and ground into a small arc for smooth transition. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a ceramic pot body blank; manufacturing a firing blank support of the blank body; the green body is inversely placed on a firing green body support to be fired; manufacturing a stone panel; and assembling and connecting. The invention has the following beneficial effects: an inclined plane connection mode is adopted, the use of bonding glue can be reduced, a small arc smooth transition mode is adopted, the wash basin is easy to clean and sanitary, convenient to use, more environment-friendly, safer and more sanitary, and the defects and hidden dangers of the traditional wash basin are solved; and the firing blank support is adopted during firing, so that deformation and cracks cannot be generated at the sharp corner of the inclined surface of the basin opening of the blank body, and the flatness and the firing qualification rate are improved.
本发明提供一种斜面连接式台下洗手盆及其制作方法，包括陶瓷盆体、石材面板，陶瓷盆体盆口外周边制作成斜面，在其外侧上周边设有支承座，支承座纵剖面大致呈“┗”型的凸环；石材面板的安装槽内侧面切割成斜切面，斜切面与斜面用粘胶剂粘接固定，连接处用填缝剂填平并磨成小圆弧圆滑过渡。其制作方法包括：制作陶瓷盆体坯体；制作坯体的烧成坯托；将坯体倒置放在烧成坯托上进行烧成；制作石材面板；组装连接。本发明具有如下有益效果：采用斜面连接式，能减少粘接胶使用，采用小圆弧圆滑过渡，易于清洁卫生，方便使用，更环保安全、卫生，解决传统洗手盆的缺陷和隐患；在烧制时采用烧成坯托，使坯体盆口的斜面尖角处不会产生变形和裂纹，提高平整度和烧成合格率。
