The top and bottom plate structure comprises a plurality of top and bottom plate assemblies, each top and bottom plate assembly comprises four cross beams which are sequentially connected end to end to form a rectangular structure, the four cross beams are connected through corner fittings, and the top ends and the bottom ends of the stand columns are connected with the corner fittings correspondingly; the corner piece is of a hollow cubic structure, the corner piece is connected with the cross beam through the corner piece lap joint piece, the corner piece is connected with the stand column through the corner piece lap joint piece, the corner piece lap joint piece is fixed to the end face of the corner piece, and the end of the cross beam or the end of the stand column is fixedly connected with the corner piece lap joint piece through a bolt.
