The anti-corrosion structure of the building outer wall comprises an assembled outer wall body, a reserved groove is formed in the side wall of the assembled outer wall body, a condensing device is installed in the reserved groove, and the condensing device is used for condensing moisture in air in the reserved groove. The condensing device comprises a vortex tube, a hot air tube, a cold air tube, a copper tube, a flow dividing mechanism, a liquid discharging mechanism and an exhaust tube; the flow dividing mechanism is used for changing the airflow direction of the hot air pipe. The invention further provides a construction method of the building outer wall anti-corrosion structure. The construction method comprises the following construction steps that S1, the assembly steel frame is set up; s2, mounting a building outer wall; s3, filling the spliced wall seams; and S4, beautifying and cleaning. Cold air with the low temperature continuously flows in the copper pipe, moisture in the wall can be promoted to be condensed and gathered on the outer wall of the copper pipe, condensate water is removed through the liquid discharging mechanism, in this way, air in the wall can be dehumidified, and a supporting or connecting steel frame is prevented from being rusted.
