The invention discloses an aerated concrete thermal insulation external wall panel system which comprises a base plate, a closed cavity is formed in the base plate, a plurality of reinforcing columns are formed in the cavity, and organic thermal insulation waterproof layers are formed on the inner wall of the cavity and the outer walls of the reinforcing columns; a trapezoid groove and a first C-shaped groove are formed in one side edge of the base layer plate in the length direction, and a trapezoid protruding block matched with the trapezoid groove and a second C-shaped groove corresponding to the first C-shaped groove are arranged on the other side edge of the base layer plate. Mounting holes are formed in the lower end of the base plate; supporting and fixing pieces with reinforcing ribs are arranged in the mounting holes; and an FRP connecting piece penetrates through the upper end of the base plate. The supporting and fixing pieces, the FRP connecting pieces and the L-shaped pulling pieces are arranged to be connected with the main body structure, on the premise that it is guaranteed that the wallboard has the high heat preservation performance and the cold bridge phenomenon is reduced, better connecting reliability and safety are obtained, and the problem of water leakage is better solved by adopting a three-layer waterproof structure.
