The invention belongs to a special anchoring part for a UHPC panel thermal insulation decorative plate and a mounting method of the special anchoring part. The special anchoring part is composed of a special round wood plug, a metal pressing plate, a special anchor bolt and a metal self-tapping screw. The mounting method comprises the following steps of: (1) popping a plate arrangement division line on a base layer wall body, and marking a drilling position line for mounting a special round wooden plug; (2) drilling a special round wood plug hole, tightly plugging a special round wood plug into the hole, and tightly sleeving a central round hole of a metal pressing plate on a round boss of the special round wood plug; (3) fixing the metal pressing plate on the wall surface by using a special anchor bolt; and (4) fixing the heat-insulating decorative plates on the base layer wall body one by one according to a certain sequence by using metal self-tapping screws. The heat bridge problem and the leakage problem of a traditional plate side face anchoring mode are solved, construction and quality control are convenient, and the common falling-off problem of various existing outer wall external heat preservation systems can be fundamentally solved.
本发明属于一种UHPC面板保温装饰板的专用锚固件及其安装方法。其中专用锚固件由专用圆木塞、金属压板、专用锚栓和金属自攻螺钉组成；安装方法按以下步骤进行：①在基层墙体上弹好排板分格线，并标示出安装专用圆木塞的钻孔位置线；②钻专用圆木塞孔，将专用圆木塞紧密塞入孔内，将金属压板的中心圆孔紧密套在专用圆木塞的圆形凸台上；③用专用锚栓将金属压板固定在墙面上；④用金属自攻螺钉将保温装饰板按一定顺序逐块固定于基层墙体上。本发明解决了传统板侧面锚固方式的热桥问题和渗漏问题，并且施工和质量控制方便，可从根本上解决现有各种外墙外保温系统普遍存在的脱落问题。
