The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based modular venue design method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, drawing up a design book, and obtaining a venue planning specification; concrete is divided into multiple layers and connected through the electric sliding rails and the electric sliding blocks, the brushes are arranged at the bottoms of all the layers of grandstands except the lower layer, the electric sliding rails and the electric sliding blocks slide to drive the lower layer of grandstand to be collected into the bottom of the upper layer of grandstand, and all garbage on each layer of grandstand can be directly cleaned away through the brushes; after the whole stand is stored, only garbage cleaned out of the stand needs to be manually cleaned, so that the workload of manual cleaning and the cleaning efficiency are effectively reduced, the highest-layer stand and the wall are installed through the self-tapping screws, the bottommost layer is provided with the rolling wheels making contact with the ground, powerful supporting can be formed, and the stand is convenient to use. And the whole stand can be conveniently disassembled and assembled through the self-tapping screws, the stand cannot be damaged during disassembly, and the manufacturing cost of the stand is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于BIM的模块化场馆设计方法,包括以下步骤,首先拟定设计书,获取场馆规划规格;本发明专利通过将混凝土分割为多层,并通过电动滑轨和电动滑块连接,并且在除下层外的每层看台底部都设置毛刷,通过电动滑轨和电动滑块滑动带动下层看台收入上层看台底部,利用毛刷可以直接清理掉每层看台上的所有垃圾,全部看台收纳后,只需要人工清理看台清理出的垃圾即可,从而有效的降低了人工清理的工作量以及清理的效率,通过自攻螺丝将最高层看台和墙壁安装,最底层设置和地面接触的滚轮,可以构成强有力的支撑,并且通过自攻螺丝还能方便看台整体的拆除和安装,而且拆除时不会毁坏看台,极大的降低了看台的制作成本。
