The offshore red tide cleaning device comprises a water diversion system, a mixing system and a recovery system, and the water diversion system comprises a flocculation basin and a water diversion device for conveying liquid containing red tide organisms into the flocculation basin; the mixing system comprises a turbid liquid tank and a flocculation device for mixing turbid liquid containing clay particles into the flocculation tank from the turbid liquid tank; the recovery system comprises a sedimentation tank and a recovery device, and the recovery device is used for conveying floccules generated by flocculation of red tide organisms and turbid liquid containing clay particles to the sedimentation tank from the flocculation tank. Compared with the prior art, the recovery system can recover the floccules generated by flocculation of the turbid liquid containing the clay particles and the red tide organisms to the sedimentation tank; and secondary disasters caused by consumption of a large amount of oxygen and release of toxic substances at the water bottom after the red tide organisms wrapped by the clay particles and settled to the water bottom die are avoided.
一种近海赤潮清理装置及船，包括引水系统，混合系统和回收系统，所述引水系统包括絮凝池，及使含有赤潮生物的液体输送至絮凝池中的引水装置；所述混合系统包括悬浊液池，及使含有粘土颗粒的悬浊液由悬浊液池混入至絮凝池中的絮凝装置；所述回收系统包括沉降池，及使赤潮生物与含有粘土颗粒的悬浊液经絮凝作用产生的絮状物由絮凝池输送至沉降池中的回收装置，与现有技术相比，可以将含有粘土颗粒的悬浊液与赤潮生物经絮凝作用产生的絮状物回收至沉降池，避免被粘土颗粒包裹沉降到水底的赤潮生物死亡后，消耗水底大量氧气和释放有毒物质造成二次灾害。
