The invention provides a high-efficiency multipurpose gypsum-based material additive. The high-efficiency multipurpose gypsum-based material additive is prepared by mechanically mixing a retarding effect additive A, a protein PT retarder and sodium tripolyphosphate by adopting a waist drum type dry powder mixing stirrer, the thickening, water-retaining and anti-sagging additive B, the cellulose ether and the thixotropic agent are injected into water with proper temperature for hot melting treatment, the mixed solution is cooled to a greenhouse after being uniformly stirred, the silane coupling agent is added, the mixture is pulverized after vacuum dehydration, and the pulverized product and the redispersible latex powder are mechanically mixed to obtain the water-retaining and anti-sagging latex powder. The obtained product is suitable for producing wall fillers and mortar building materials from gypsum-based cementing materials such as desulfurized gypsum and phosphogypsum. Wherein the mass mixing ratio of the wall filler, the additive, the water and the polystyrene foam is 1000: (2-3): 600: (10-30), and the mass mixing ratio of the gypsum, the additive, the water and the glass beads in the light plastering mortar is 1000: (3-5): 600: (60-100).
本发明提供一种高效多用途石膏基材料添加剂，包括：缓凝作用添加剂A，蛋白类PT缓凝剂和三聚磷酸钠采用腰鼓式干粉混合搅拌机机械混合获得；增稠、保水、抗流挂性添加剂B，纤维素醚与触变剂注入温度适宜水中热溶处理，混合液搅拌均匀后冷却至温室，加入硅烷偶联剂真空脱水后粉化，粉化后的产物与可再分散乳胶粉机械混合获得。所得产物适用脱硫石膏和磷石膏等石膏基胶凝材料生产墙体填充料和砂浆类建筑材料。其中，墙体填充料质量配合比为石膏：添加剂：水：聚苯乙烯泡沫＝1000:2‑3:600:10‑30，轻质抹灰砂浆质量配合比为石膏：添加剂：水：玻化微珠＝1000:3‑5:600:60‑100。
