Straw-based environment-friendly wall material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a straw-based environment-friendly wall material preparation method, which comprises: A) soaking straw in a strong alkali solution, washing with water until the pH value of the solution is 7, drying the straw, and wetting the surface to obtain the pretreated straw; b) stirring and dispersing the pretreated straws and an inorganic adhesive to obtain straws of which the surfaces are coated with the inorganic adhesive; the inorganic adhesive is prepared from 0.5 to 1 part of a thickening agent, 55 to 60 parts of silica sol, 5 to 10 parts of nano aluminum hydroxide, 12 to 24 parts of sepiolite modified by a silane coupling agent, 15 to 30 parts of titanium dioxide and 1 to 2 parts of a bactericidal mildew preventive; and C) carrying out compression molding and curing on the straw of which the surface is coated with the inorganic adhesive to obtain the environment-friendly wall material. The inorganic adhesive is adopted, so that the problems of poor flame retardance and high VOC emission of the straw wall material are solved, and the straw wall material is strong in bonding and high in strength. The invention further provides the environment-friendly wall material based on the straw.
本发明提供一种基于秸秆的环保型墙体材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A)将秸秆在强碱溶液中浸泡,水洗至溶液pH值为7,在将秸秆烘干后表面润湿,得到预处理后的秸秆;B)将预处理后的秸秆与无机胶粘剂搅拌分散,得到表面包覆有无机胶粘剂的秸秆;所述无机胶粘剂包括0.5~1份增稠剂,55~60份硅溶胶,5~10份纳米氢氧化铝,12~24份硅烷偶联剂改性的海泡石、15~30份钛白粉和1~2份杀菌防霉剂;C)将所述表面包覆有无机胶粘剂的秸秆进行压缩成型与固化,得到环保型墙体材料。本发明采用无机胶粘剂,解决了秸秆墙体材料阻燃性能差和高VOC排放问题,且结合强,强度高。本发明还提供一种基于秸秆的环保型墙体材料。
