The invention discloses an early-strength and high-strength sleeve grouting material. Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 430-500 parts of Portland cement clinker, 15-50 parts of double-fast sulphoaluminate cement, 20-40 parts of silicon powder, 50-200 parts of silica powder, 220-350 parts of medium-fine quartz sand, 2-5 parts of a polycarboxylic acid powder water reducing agent, 20-80 parts of a plastic expanding agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a powder defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of lithium carbonate, 5-10 parts of a rheological agent, 50-100 parts of a composite additive and 20-40 parts of high-strength synthetic fiber. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the early-strength and high-strength sleeve grouting material. According to the early-strength and high-strength sleeve grouting material, the final setting time of the sleeve grouting material is shortened without influencing the normal grouting opening time, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the integrated installation time of a prefabricated and assembled bridge column and a cover beam is shortened. The grouting sleeve anchoring corrugated pipe has high compressive strength stability and breaking strength, can be pressed and injected into grouting sleeve anchoring corrugated pipes of various specifications, and is not easy to block the pipe and not compact in sleeve joint slurry.
