The invention discloses a high-speed rail box girder bridge deck vibrating device which comprises a walking supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises a left support, a right support and a cross beam, and the left support and the right support bear the cross beam and drive the cross beam to move front and back; the device further comprises an obstacle adjusting mechanism and a leveling mechanism arranged below the cross beam, a plurality of sliding tables are arranged on the cross beam, each sliding table comprises a first motor and a first lead screw nut mechanism rotationally connected with the first motor, the first lead screw nut mechanisms are further connected with a vibrating rod through flexible connection, a vibrating motor is arranged in the vibrating rod, and the first lead screw nut mechanisms are connected with the vibrating rod through flexible connection. The vibrating rod can extend into the bridge floor of the high-speed rail box girder to perform vibrating operation; the obstacle adjusting mechanism comprises a telescopic obstacle adjusting arm, a locking ring is arranged on the obstacle adjusting arm, and the flexible connector penetrates into the locking ring and moves up and down in the locking ring. The device can realize the integration of vibrating and leveling of the high-speed rail box girder bridge floor, can effectively avoid obstacles in the vibrating process, is high in working efficiency, and saves the labor cost and the construction period.
