Anti-collision design structure for emergency escape lane of expressway
The invention provides an anti-collision design structure of a highway emergency escape lane. The anti-collision design structure comprises a front breast board, a rear breast board, side breast boards, a base, a buffer frame, a buffer sleeve, a damping column, rubber tires, a fastening rope and a spring. Side fixing frames are fixedly connected to the two sides of the front breast board respectively; the two sides of the rear breast board are fixedly connected to the side fixing frames on the two sides through bolts. The side face of the base is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the outer wall of a side fixing frame. The lower ends of the side breast boards are movably connected to the edge of the upper surface of the base through hinges; the lower end of the buffer sleeve is connected to the outer side of the upper surface of the base through welding; after being impacted, the breast boards can be deformed and unfolded for a certain length, the further buffering effect is achieved, compared with a commonly-used buffering facility for stacking tires in a traditional emergency lane, the safety is improved, and the situation that safety accidents happen due to the fact that a vehicle is out of control and collides with the side edge of the emergency emergency lane can be avoided through the arrangement of the side edge damping devices; and the buffering effect from the side face is achieved.
本发明提供高速公路紧急避险车道防碰撞设计结构,包括前栏板,后栏板,侧栏板,底座,缓冲架,缓冲套筒,减震柱,橡胶轮胎,紧固绳,弹簧;所述前栏板的两侧分别固定连接有一处侧固定架;所述后栏板的两侧通过螺栓固定连接在两侧的侧固定架上;所述底座的侧面固定连接侧固定架的外壁下方;所述侧栏板的下端通过铰接活动连接在底座的上表面边缘;所述缓冲套筒的下端通过焊接连接在底座的上表面外侧;栏板受撞击后可变形,展开一定长度,起到进一步缓冲的作用,比传统的避险车道常用的堆放轮胎的缓冲设施提高了安全性,侧边减震装置的设置可以起到车辆失控而碰撞紧急避险车道的侧边而发生安全事故的情况,起到从侧面缓冲的作用。
