The efficient sewage disposal system comprises a water retaining dam body and a sewage blocking net arranged on the upstream of the water retaining dam body, the sewage blocking net comprises an inclined sewage guiding section, a horizontal section and a vertical section which are of an integrated structure, a sewage gathering area is formed among the horizontal section, the vertical section and the riverway edge, and a belt conveyor is obliquely arranged between the sewage gathering area and the water retaining dam body; the higher end of the belt conveyor is fixed to the water retaining dam body, the lower end of the belt conveyor extends into the dirt collecting area, a plurality of pushing plates are arranged on a conveying belt of the belt conveyor at intervals, and a dirt storage groove is formed in the position, below the higher end of the belt conveyor, of the water retaining dam body.
