The damping building pile comprises a pile body, a pile head located at one end of the pile body, a supporting table located at the other end of the pile body and a plurality of damping mechanisms, a pouring hole penetrating through the supporting table is formed in the pile body, and a plurality of through holes which are evenly distributed and communicate with the pouring hole are formed in the outer side wall of the pile body; each damping mechanism is located in the corresponding through hole and movably connected with the through hole in a matched mode, each damping mechanism comprises a damping device and a guiding piece with one end connected with the damping device, and the other end of each guiding piece is provided with a guiding structure and located in the pouring hole. The fixing pieces are inserted into the pouring holes, the heads of the fixing pieces sequentially abut against and extrude the guiding structures of the guiding pieces, so that the guiding pieces move into the corresponding through holes, the damping devices connected with the guiding pieces are exposed out of the pile body, and the damping devices conduct damping on vibration in the surrounding direction of the pile body; the overall stability of the supporting table is guaranteed, and the safety of a house building on the supporting table is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种减震建筑桩及施工方法,包括桩体、位于桩体一端的桩头、位于桩体另一端支撑台以及多个减震机构,桩体内设有贯穿支撑台的浇筑孔,桩体外侧壁设有多个均匀分布且与浇筑孔相通的多个通孔,每个减震机构位于对应通孔中且与通孔相配合活动连接,每个减震机构包括减震装置以及一端与减震装置连接的引导件,引导件另一端设有引导结构且位于浇筑孔内。本发明通过向浇筑孔中插入固定件,固定件的头部依次抵接并挤压每个引导件的引导结构,使得每个引导件向对应通孔内移动,以使每个引导件连接的减震装置露出于桩体外,每个减震装置对桩体周围方向的震动进行减震,保障了支撑台整体的稳定性,大大提高了支撑台上房屋建筑的安全性。
